Using 3D scanning equipment, custom software, worn liners, new liners, and in discussion with the operator, we can quickly innovate a liner or set that can improve the life by 20%-200%, that will bring overall savings and efficiencies.
Our engineers conduct all in-house inspections using the Hexagon scan arm for an accurate understanding of the returned liner. By identifying the current wear pattern, we can see what improvements are required to enable the customer to achieve their goals. The accuracy provided with these 3D scans means there is no guesswork when designing and then casting the product. We remove all concerns and uncertainties in the development process so that the customer receives on-site liners that fit as expected and perform above their previous sets.
